Report Title: ID Card; Driver’s License; Scan; Age-Restricted Goods
Description: Makes permanent the amendments allowing a business to scan an individual’s driver’s license or Hawaii identification card to verify age when providing age-restricted goods or services. Removes reference to “the business” from the reasonable doubt standard for proof of age. (HB2666 HD1)
